銀行振り込を希望の場合、下記のフォームをご記入ください。振込先•振込金額を記載したメールを送信いたします。お振込手数料はお客様負担でお願いいたします。ご入金確認後、図書館への登録フォームが添付された自動配信メールをお送りします。

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please fill up the request form below. An email with the bank and payment details will be sent to you to facilitate payment. Bank transfer charges are not included in our payment details. Once payment is received, a confirmation with a link to the signup form will be sent to your email address to proceed with your membership signup.
